Buyer Guarantees

1. Service Satisfaction: If at any time you are unhappy with our services, we will release you from your buyer agency agreement.

2. Purchase Satisfaction: If within 12 months you are unsatisfied with your home purchase, then we will sell your house for free (only charging enough to compensate a buyer's agent).

Seller Guarantees

1. Service Satisfaction: If at any time you are unhappy with our services, then we will release you from your listing agreement, with 48 hours notice.

2. Performance Satisfaction: If your house is not under contract before the listing expires, then we will re-list for free (only charging enough to compensate a buyer's agent).
